Included in our logo, the Flame of Hope is an important reminder to persevere for thos individuals with epilepsy and those who want to perpetuate the mission of the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona.  We are looking for retail outlets across Arizona interested in partnering to sell the $1 paper Flames. 

The EFAZ takes pride in providing innovative and meaningful health and human service programming for the Arizona epilepsy community.  The mission of the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona is to ensure that people with seizures are able to participate in all life experiences; and will prevent, control and cure epilepsy through services, education, advocacy and research.  With the assistance of volunteers, the EFAZ is able to provide local community services including outreach, school programs, community and professional education, support groups, emergency response training, information and referral, and a summer camp for children. 

Quick Facts:

• The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona requests the donation cards (flames) be sold for a minimum $1.00 donation during the campaign.
• Customers are given the chance to purchase flames with each check-out to demonstrate their support of the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona
• The customer’s name is written on the flame shaped donation card, which is then posted on a wall, window, bar, or hung from the ceiling.
• The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona will provide our corporate partners with the donation cards (flames), posters and information regarding the campaign.
• The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona will work with our corporate partners to ensure proper accounting and deposit procedures.
• A prize system will be set in place for employees who sell the most flames. The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona will work with each corporate partner individually to decide on a prize package that will motivate the employees.
