Welcome to the Epilepsy Foundation's online donation page. By making a donation to the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona, you bring hope to millions of people affected by epilepsy.

Your donation enables us to increase the quality of life for people with epilepsy through our many services.

You allow us to educate people with epilepsy, their loved ones, and the public about the disorder. You empower us to be a vigorous advocate for people with epilepsy, focusing on affordable health care and the protection of civil rights. You even help us make progress toward a cure through our research efforts.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona is a working partner of the Epilepsy Foundation, yet each organization is independently supported by community gifts. A gift to the Epilepsy Foundation in Landover, Maryland is used for national projects. Your gift to the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona remains in our state and is used for local services.

Workplace Giving Campaigns

Community Health Charities, Combined Federal Campaign, United Way

The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona is reliant on the generous donations of individuals who support the programs we provide the patients and families diagnosed with epilepsy and the education we make available to the general public on epilepsy and seizures. 

We believe the most efficient way for us to reach current and potential future donors is via workplace giving campaigns.

Many Arizona organizations including Allstate, APS, American Express, Bank of America, Boeing of Mesa, Google, Honeywell, Intel, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, PepsiCo , Phoenix Coyotes, SRP, and the cities of Goodyear, Glendale, Phoenix, and Tucson participate in workplace giving campaigns.

We are very proud to partner with Community Health Charities of Arizona (CHC-AZ) each year, as they help us unite our cause with donors in many of the Valley’s best places to work. They connect the Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona with donors who are able to take advantage of recurring gifts thru payroll deduction.
