Springfield, MA 1st Walk for EpilepsyDate: April 28, 2013 Registration is $10 per person. Registration will be $20 per person at the event. Pre-registration guarantees a t-shirt and food voucher. Register yourself, your family and friends and create a team before February 28th receive Purple Awareness Bracelets for all participating team members Raise $1,500 by March 15th and every team member receives a Sneaker Pin Raise $3,000 by April 15th and every team member receives a Tumbler glass with straw For those who are registering as individuals and are not part of a team: Register before February 28th receive a Purple Awareness Bracelet Raise $150 by March 15th as an individual receive a Sneaker Pin Raise $300 by April 15th as an individual receive a Tumbler glass with straw Saco, ME Walk for Epilepsy 6th year!This is our sixth year and we have some great surprises this year! The two mile walk will take place on May 5th, 2013 at Young School in Saco, ME. Our walk has landed on May 5th this year,Cinco de Mayo, and we have decided to go with that theme! This year will be an exciting and fun year for our walk. The Saco walk has become one of our biggest annual events featuring lunch provided by the Olive Garden and Papa John's, a craft table for the kids, magician and band. This is an event for all ages! We are asking teams to show their Cinco de Mayo spirit and don’t forget to be creative! Grab your sombrero and the team that displays the most team spirit will win an award! REGISTRATION-9:00AM WALK-10:00AM Walk 10:00 AM 2 Mile Walk Lunch-11:00 AM Entertainment 11:30 AM Registration prior to the walk is $10.00 for each walker over 12 years of age.
