ARLINGTON VA SUPPORT GROUP SHAKE IT OFF We are pleased to announce that we will be kicking off a re-energized series of the monthly support group for the Northern Virginia area, entitled SHAKE IT OFF. The meetings will be held every 3rd Thursday of the month beginning July 21, 2011. TEAM EFVA AT NATIONAL WALK IN DC The national walk is scheduled for Saturday, March 31, 2012. Mark your calendars! John and Deborah Lannen encourage you to register as a walker with Team EFVA, and hope that you will ask your friends and family to join you. Even if you can?t get to the National Mall to join us on March 31, you can help by registering as a virtual walker. You can then enjoy a walk at a time and place of your own choosing and still know that you?re helping us to help Virginians with Epilepsy. You can also help by making a donation to ?Team EFVA?, or forming your own team under the company name ?Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia?. We hope that the following links & directions will help you navigate the National Walk website. You can register online up to and including March 31, the day of the event. EPILEPSY AWARENESS STROLL The strolls will be held in Charlottesville, Fairfax, Norfolk, Roanoke, and Richmond, Virignia in November. They serve to create awareness about epilepsy. You can help by turning our for the walk or being a sponsor. Contact: srb3m@virginia.edu
